5. Bookings may only be made by an adult with full legal capacity.
§2. The online booking process
1. The Participant goes to the booking page on the tskd.pl website and selects the date of the ride from the calendar. Available dates are shown as clickable tiles with the date and departure times; unavailable days (out of season, closed or sold out) are inactive or marked with an appropriate comment.
2. After choosing the date, the Participant selects a departure time from the rides available on that day.
3. The Participant specifies the number of railbikes (1–5) and the total number of participants. A maximum of 5 people may ride on one railbike; a single online booking may not cover more than 5 railbikes or more than 25 people in total.
4. If the Participant is making the first booking for the selected ride, they choose the type of ride: standard or with a campfire.
5. The Participant provides their personal details: first name, surname, telephone number and email address.
6. Optionally, the Participant may request a VAT invoice.
7. The Participant reads the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and confirms their acceptance.
8. After clicking “Book and pay”, the Participant is redirected to Przelewy24, the online payment service.

10. If payment is not completed within 60 minutes, the booking request expires automatically.
11. A booking can be cancelled via the link in the email or by contacting the Organiser. The refund rules are set out in §3 of these Terms and Conditions.
12. In the event of technical problems, please contact: kontakt@tskd.pl.
§3. Bookings and payments
1. A booking is confirmed once payment has been made and the Participant has received a booking confirmation message. Until then, the booking request is non-binding and does not permanently reserve a place.
2. Online bookings require payment of 100% of the price of the ride.
3. If payment is not made within 60 minutes of placing the booking, the booking request expires automatically.
4. The Participant must arrive at the station no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
5. If the Participant does not arrive on time, the Organiser may treat the booking as unused and refuse participation in the ride.
6. If a participant expects to be late, they must inform the Organiser without delay.
7. The decision whether to wait for late participants is made by the Organiser or the ride guide.
8. The Organiser does not guarantee that it will be possible to wait for late participants.

Once the relevant deadline has passed, please contact the Organiser by telephone.
10. Requests for special rides outside the available dates and times must be submitted at least 10 days before the planned date.
11. The decision on whether a special ride can be organised is made by a TSKD representative.

13. Information about the type of ride is displayed when further bookings are made for the same departure.
14. Making a booking constitutes acceptance of the type of ride applicable to the selected departure.
15. A booking may be cancelled:
a) by the Participant themselves – using the cancellation link sent to the email address provided after the booking was made,
b) by contacting the Organiser by telephone or email.
16. If a ride is cancelled by the Participant, the following refunds apply:
a) 100% of the booking value – if the cancellation is made at least 7 full days before the date of the ride,
b) 50% of the booking value – if the cancellation is made less than 7 full days, but at least 48 hours, before the scheduled time of the ride,
c) no refund – if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time of the ride.
17. Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the payment, unless the Organiser and the Participant agree on another refund method that does not involve any additional costs for the Participant. Refunds are made within 14 days of the date on which the Organiser confirms the cancellation.
